01 Using this site

This site is operated by Hurricane Heat LLC, doing business as Hurricane Heat. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

02 What the site is and isn't

Everything here is general information about our services. It is not a diagnosis of your system, not a quote, and not a guarantee of availability. A price is only a price once we've put it in writing after seeing the equipment.

03 Booking an appointment

Booking a slot online is a request. We confirm it by phone or email — or by text, if you've opted in. We may need to move an appointment for weather, parts, or an emergency call ahead of yours — if that happens, you'll hear from us.

04 Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid for [XX] days and assumes conditions found at the time of the visit. Concealed conditions — buried ductwork, failed wiring, code items uncovered during work — are quoted separately before we proceed.

05 Payment

08 Licensing

Hurricane Heat is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Contractor license HURRIH*755P9. Verify it any time through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

09 Text messages

Hurricane Heat LLC, doing business as Hurricane Heat offers an optional SMS/text messaging program to customers who opt in through our website forms. Two separate programs are offered: service messages about your request — scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer care — and marketing messages with occasional offers and seasonal maintenance reminders. Each requires its own opt-in. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS messaging is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older; by opting in, you confirm you are at least 18. Carriers (such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

10 Limitation of liability
